March Madness

Welcome to our 30th tourney.  Everything is the same, price ($15 per entry), rules (underdog scoring) payouts, and of course, all the fun you can have in March…..could be one of the best months (6th and 16th).

Click on the logo and it will take you to the site where you will enter your picks.  Please read all the rules, and if you don’t understand something, let me know so I can explain it (562)572-9855.  If you have played before, everything is the same.

RULES:

1. Each entry is $15, and you may have as many as you like.  Just make sure you use a different name
2. Payment is sent via Zelle (562-572-9855), or venmo @nelson-palencia
3. Winners;
   1. Winner – 60%
   2. 2nd place 25%
   3. 3rd place. 10%
   4. Last place – Money Back
4. Scoring:
   1. points per round: 1 pt for Round 1, 2 pts for Round 2, 4 pts for Sweet 16, 6 pts for Elite 8, 8 pts for Final Four, 12 pts for Championship Game
   2. Underdog scoring: Seed difference, 12th seed beats 5 seed, get the point for the round PLUS the seed difference (in this case 7 pts). In previous pools, you HAD to select both teams to get underdog points, with this new software, it MAY not be the case.
5. Standings will be updated every night, but if time permits, every few hours.
6. Number of participants will be confirmed by Friday night.
7. Feel free to invite your friends, and enemies.
